Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also follow up on your order status by logging into your account on our website and clicking on the User link in the navigation bar and then clicking on Orders.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate $7 shipping on all of our orders within the US.

International Customers

For orders outside the US, please contact us to request a quote.

All international customers will be responsible for any additional fees charged by their country's customs office.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We can only accept order cancellations or changes before an order is shipped. If you have a question about your order or want to cancel or change it, please use the contact us form or reply to your order confirmation with your inquiry.

For a faster response, please include your order number.

Refunds and Exchanges

All of our products are handmade in small batches, and their design and shape is unique and can vary. Being an all natural manmade product, on rare occasions it can happen that even if inspected prior to shipping nature does its tricks. In the case you are unhappy with any of our products, we will be happy to refund or exchange them for you. Please contact us, and we will do our best to satisfy you and work out a solution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods. We will work with you and USPS to arrange for a replacement.

Lost Packages

Please contact us if you think your order may have been lost during shipping. We are happy to work with you and USPS to help track down your package.

Shipping Errors

Please contact us immediately in case of a shipping error. We are all human and make mistakes but as humans we can also correct them.
